Materials

Grosgrain ribbon is chosen for its tightly woven surface, which keeps printed designs crisp and resists fraying through everyday wear. It sits on 13mm cushioned webbing - softer against the skin than flat webbing, and with enough structure to keep the collar sitting neatly. The D-ring is welded rather than pressed, meaning there's no weak seam to catch or flex open.

Machine wash at 30° on a gentle cycle. Air dry flat — do not tumble dry. Avoid prolonged soaking. Hardware can be wiped with a damp cloth. Biothane collars can be rinsed clean with warm water.
