Handmade Craftsmanship

Each collar is individually hand-assembled at our UK workbench. The polypropylene webbing base is chosen for its cushioned feel against the neck and its ability to hold its shape over time—softness and structure, working together. The grosgrain ribbon overlay is applied by hand, its distinctive ribbed weave sitting flat and staying secure on the webbing for a neat, well-finished result. Grosgrain earns its place here: it has a pleasant texture and a subtle sheen that lifts what could be a plain nylon collar into something that feels genuinely crafted and considered. It's why we've used it for this design since it first became one of our bestsellers.

Machine wash at 30° on a gentle cycle. Air dry flat — do not tumble dry. Avoid prolonged soaking. Hardware can be wiped with a damp cloth. Biothane collars can be rinsed clean with warm water.
